Online Purchasing We have made it straightforward and transparent for you to purchase online. Our shopping facility, handled by SECPay, has the highest security standards. Just browse in our various departments, or use the search facility, and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked to enter the details needed for completing your order. You may add or remove items from the shopping basket at any time prior to the final step in the process.

Payment by Credit Card Whether you order online or by other means, we accept the credit and debit cards shown on the home page. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert the transaction from Sterling to your own currency. Our accounting systems require us to debit your card when you complete your order. If we are out of stock of any item you have ordered, we will contact you immediately. We will then either refund you the cost of the item or you may choose to wait until it is back in stock (normally no longer than ten working days).

Payment by Cheque We accept cheques but cannot fulfil orders until cheques have cleared.
Order Confirmation We send you confirmation by email that we have received your order, and will include an invoice with the items being shipped to you.
Shipping And Handling We ship by first class postage within the UK and by airmail to the rest of the world. Orders are normally dispatched within two working days of receipt, unless we are out of stock in which case, as indicated above, we will notify you.
Expedited Handling If you require your order to be fulfilled more rapidly than our standard procedure, please contact us to arrange it. We reserve the right to pass on to you the cost of delivery by courier, registered mail or express mail.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
